Pudja has about 35years of ICT experiences and work as an independent ICT consultant specifically offering services on CyberSecurity matters for Indonesian government institutions, local and global private companies. 

From 2015 until January 2017 Pudja was a member of Strategic Partnership within the National Desk Cyberspace under the Coordinating Minister for Politics, Law and Security Affairs of Republic of Indonesia. In 2014, Pudja support the establishment of the Indonesia Cyber Security Forum (ICSF) and currently as its Deputy Chairman and Co-Founder , also as Board of Advisory at The Department of Electrical Engineering University of Indonesia , Board of Advisory at Prakarsa Jaringan Cerdas Indonesia (Indonesia Smart Grid Initiatives). In 2017 as Cyber Security and Gov. Affairs consultant for Cisco Systems Indonesia. 

Several top level management positions which Pudja has held was as Country Manager of Palo Alto Networks Indonesia, President Director/CEO of PT YTM (a local private company in TV Satellite business), VP Sales Account Director and Partner Dev. Director at Huawei Indonesia, Country Channel Director and Country Sales Director for Cisco Systems Indonesia, Vice Director of Operations for Mitra Infoparama (IBM Indonesia JV company). GM of Data Center for PT Linknet (an ISP company under Lippo Group).

Currently Pudja is as independent Commissioner , also as a business strategic sales operation consultant at several local private companies.
